4 November 2024 Re-imagining Reproduction at the Re-worlding Reproduction conference In collaboration with the Emerging Assisted Reproductive Markets in Southern Africa project (Monash University, University of the Witwatersrand and University of Amsterdam), the Re-imagining Reproduction project co-organised the ‘Re-worlding Reproduction: Navigating Emerging Knowledge, Politics, and Justice’ conference held on 16 – 19 September 2024 at Future Africa, University of Pretoria.

1 August 2024 Re-imagining Reproduction team attends the Wellcome Trust Symposium in Bristol On 15 – 19 July 2024, five members of the Re-imagining Reproduction team attended the Best Practice in Engagement and Culture Symposium hosted at the Watershed Arts Centre in Bristol. The symposium brought together the eight projects that received the Wellcome Trust Research Development Award (RDA).
19 July 2024 Re-Imagining Reproduction project hosts interactive writing workshop Re-Imagining Reproduction project hosts another interactive writing workshop at the Women’s University if Africa, Zimbabwe on the 27th of June, 2024. As is our practice, in attendance were scholars at different levels, including senior staff, Doctoral, Masters and Honours students. The interactive sessions entailed sharing on academic writing and publishing.
